Short Story
From engineer to executive — from executive to system architect.
My career began in quality management and research and development projects. My background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering taught me to see systems not as isolated parts, but as connected structures.
Over time, I took responsibility across project management, technology, international operations, finance, franchise, retail, construction and company leadership. Across very different industries, I repeatedly saw the same problem: companies often struggle not because they lack people, but because they lack systems.
That is why I moved beyond solving individual problems and focused on building structures that prevent the same problems from returning. Today, I develop Business Operating Systems that connect operations, finance, governance, artificial intelligence and software.
